ROSSO LINKING MACHINE 025 ELECTRONIC SUPER MODEL
Linear linking machine equipped with a TOUCH SCREEN, making it possible to register any settings to be made on the machine with extreme simplicity and precision. The opening of the conveyor blades, the height of the conveyor and the trimming knife are set in the TOUCH SCREEN and are immediately memorized and combined with an article number. This model is equipped with a sock guide conveyor with a sock self-alignment device, which compensates for any differences in the preparation of the ranks in elasticized yarn. This patented conveyor makes it possible to obtain a seam comparable to stitch-to-stitch linking. It is also possible to tilt the drive chains upwards to facilitate the removal of any yarn filaments
wound on the chain sprockets without requiring removal of the conveyor.

MATCHED WITH ULTRATURN 6000 SOCK TURNING DEVICE (FULLY ELECTRONIC)
Device that automatically reverses socks of any gauge and size, inside out. It does not require the use of qualified personnel and the socks are not damaged at all during the overturning operation. To switch from one sock gauge to another, simply select one of the stored programs, without making any manual adjustments. If necessary, the programs can be customized by the customer according to specific needs.
All the mechanical parts are driven by high-performance motors with variable speed, controlled by a PLC. The turning device is equipped with a pneumatic ejector. On request, it can be supplied with selector to separate any non-overturned stockings.
The Ultraturn 6000 model can be combined with all new Rosso linking machine models or supplied as a single model to couple with all existing Rosso 025 machines. In this case the display for storing the settings is mounted on the Ultraturn 6000.
