SOCK LINKING MACHINE
Turning Device
The ROSSO PR250 reverser has been designed to turn over men's and children's socks before sewing. It can be combined with all types of linking machines, or it can also be used separately. The operator introduces the sock on the reverser tube from the open toe side, until the cycle start photocell is intercepted. The tube immediately moves upwards by inserting itself into the sock; then lowering it sucks the sock into it, making it completely overturned.
The operator will only have to extract the sock from the tube before the suction ends and introduce it into the conveyor of the linking machine. The ROSSO PR250 tipper can be supplied in two versions.
